Double layered knives with different bevels. Comes pre-sharpened, with hollow-ground back for easy resharpening, in a cotton tool roll. Ash Handle, knives consist from 2 layers of carbon steel. The lower cutting layer is hardened to 58 HRC, the upper softer layer secures the stability of the blade and enable easy resharpening. Blade length 60mm, width 13mm overall length 155mm. Bevels are Left 25, right 25, left 12, right 12, both 25 and 90 degrees.
